Shoulder Stretches
Squats
Lat. Lunge Stretch

Quad Stretch

WOD:
Lunge 30 yrds down and back no weight added (rest 1-2 min.)

4 Rounds
Lunges with over head plate or KB carry 30 yards down and back (rest 1-2 min.)

Deadlifts: 5, 5, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1,

GHD Reverse Hypers x 20
