MOTIVATED PEOPLE ONLY!!


Hey CrossFitters,

Today we talked alot about motivation, power output, consistency and giving 100% each time we workout. I know everyone tried hard today and I feel everyone gave me 100% effort.

Excellent job!!

I found this online today and thought it was great motivation for myself and everyone in the the CrossFit group. It's brutal, to the point but truthful.
